We are seeking a professional and ambitious Customer Service Executive to take care of our customers in the Southern Cone.
Major Responsibilities:
*Build and manage client relationships through proactive communication.
*Build and maintain a strong knowledge on the company's products and Financial Markets.
*Educate clients on how to use ISI's products to meet their needs and consistently enhance their understanding of ISI information service solutions.
*Collect and aggregate client feedback on products and coordinate roll-out of upcoming service enhancements. Liaise with Product departments to provide feedback and also to get the latest updates on each service.
*Provide high level of support to clients and facilitate the resolution of technical and data issues and inquiries and support daily internal workflow.
*Work closely with the Sales Manager to improve client relationships and potential revenue growth.
*Keep client information permanently updated.
Requirements:
*Last year student or recently graduated professional in careers such as Business Management, Economics, Public Relations, Marketing and related careers.
*Strong English skills (spoken and written)
*Prior relevant experience in customer support and sales, preferably face to face.
Skills, knowledge and abilities:
*Impeccable personal presentation and excellent oral expression.
*Ability to work well in a team, ability to plan and organize tasks, proactive, strong negotiating skills, customer oriented and excellent management of interpersonal relations.
*High command of Microsoft office tools.
