Project Analyst SAP 21 jul

The Project Analyst provide business and systems subject matter expertise to operation team/project members, train new staff, and perform knowledge transfer when applicable,  Prepare studies analyzing existing processes and systems and identify system and process implication associated with changes ,  Interview end-users/customers to identify and define the business purpose and requirements for new processes. System needs, policy changes or related projects, Define scope and objectives based on both user and business needs . Must be able to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment, Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision, ability to effectively communicate with multiple levels of management, Detail Oriented with excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills, Should be self motivated, determined to meet deadlines and make decisions independently to attain desired results , Ability to take charge and lead tasks to completion, Ability to work on multiple projects, tasks, and issues concurrently. 50 - 75% travel may be required. This position will be based in Bs As.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES

Perform feasibility studies

Analyze data with a focus on future opportunities by identifying business variances and performance while providing recommended solutions to overcome obstacles.

Prepare Business Requirements and when applicable develop Return On Investment (ROI) in collaboration with business users

Assist in the development of the Project Schedules/Work Breakdown structures and provide status updates on project progress

Develop, evaluate, and recommend solutions and strategies based on the analysis of customer requirements, risks, costs, and available technology for those business needs

Generate Functional Specifications, Process Flow Diagrams, and Use Cases documentation

Formulates test plans and coordinates and performs testing.

Acts as liaison between systems software development staff, management, and system end-users to determine requirements and obtain sign-off.

Evaluate reported problems, provide accurate description and supporting documentation necessary for technical resolutions

When applicable Write Release Notes

Responsible for establishing and maintaining business relationships with key stakeholders and providing solutions to meet organizational objectives.

Prepare ad hoc analysis and presentations in a time sensitive matter with a high degree of accuracy.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred

Three to five years previous experience 

Experience in an analytical roles

Strong statistical background. 

3+ years experience in SAP FICO is strongly desired 

Advanced Excel Skills 

Knowledge of project management methods and techniques
