We are recruiting for our Training Department of Accenture’s HR Shared Service Center.
The Human Resources Training Specialist will be responsible for executing administration tasks around the ongoing operation of employee related programs and processes relevant to business needs.

Key Responsabilities
• Provide access to and education on enabling tools.

• Serve as the knowledge champion for a particular service offering, such as training coordination/delivery or vendor management.

• Conduct Vendor Registrations – all transactions including registration, confirmation with employee, myLearning enrolment, billing administration and managing the cancellation process where applicable.

• Provide customers with instruction on myLearning and its functionality

• Respond to questions related to Learning

Qualifications

• Graduated Degree: Human Resources, Labour Relations, Psychology, Administration
• Advanced English Skills (fluent ability to speak, write and understand)
• 4+ years of relevant HR experience
• 3+ years experience with MS Office

Important technical Skills:

• Technical systems knowledge – myLearning, Microsoft Applications, Knowledge Exchange, etc.

• Operates successfully with moderate degree of autonomy and independence

• Knowledge of company financial concepts, practices and administration

• Previous experience with needs analysis, capability development projec
