Global Survey Analyst Accenture S.R.L. 15 may

We are recruiting for our Global Survey department of Accenture's HR Shared Service Center.

The Survey Analytics Shared Services Analyst will support Global HR as well as other Accenture entities through survey administration and research management.  The Analyst is responsible for customer interaction, survey development, survey administration, and reporting. The Analyst is also responsible for supporting our research efforts, including statistical analysis of compensation data.

 Key Responsabilities

•  Survey Governance

•  Evaluate requests for survey research and decide if effort should go ahead

•  Develop and manage the global survey scheduling calendar

•  Survey Support - Design & Development

•  Administer surveys

•  Support customers by responding to inquiries (phone, email)

•  Survey Analysis

•  Analyze results (basic frequencies to more advanced statistics) including analysis on our compensation data

•  Develop reports (Power Point / Excel / Confirmit Report - train customers to use tool)

 Qualifications

•Students or graduated from Sociology, HR, Maths, Economy

•Advanced English Skills (fluent ability to speak, write and understand)

•Experience in data analysis or research strongly preferred (HR, Business, Marketing, etc.)

Important technical Skills:

•Math skills required.  Understanding of more advanced statistical concepts (Regression Analysis / Factor Analysis) strongly preferred / required.

•Strong PC and computer software skills (MS Office: Notes, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word) and Internet search ability 

•Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills

•Experience with statistical software (SPSS) strongly preferred

•Extreme attention to detail

•Experience with graphics software (Photoshop or Paint) preferred

•Nice to have:  Basic understanding of web development principles and HTML coding
