 Responsibilities


 *Demonstrates accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives.


Integrates and develops processes that meet business needs across the organization. Involved in long-term planning.


* Drive aggressive growth targets in Brazil market: metric targets will address volume, mix (penetration) and timing.

* Meet or exceed operational requirements: analytical reporting, operating reviews, and cost.

* Own and Build customer relationships for the purpose of DVD sales.

* Develop customer strategies, campaign plans, and leadership in their execution.
* Integrate information, resources, and activities within the region and/or among global regions.


* Demonstrate commercial and technical expertise in specific market of DVD distribution and sales.


- Identify and evaluate the customers' project needs and specifications and provide them with commercial support.


- The position requires working as part of a team and in particular working closely with, Marketing and Finance teams

- Report to Latin America Sales Vice President


 Qualifications

* At least 5 years of SALES experience in MUSIC OR DVD industry.

*Technical and commercial background



  • Proven project management skills


  • Excellent interpersonal skills


    Good communication skills (oral & written)

    - Team spirit

    - High level of Integrity

    - Good analytical skills

    - Experience with the market and culture (Latin America)

    - Fluent in English and Spanish, (preferably)
